MYR & David Jones should merge together as 2 reasons
----David Jones is slowing down.
---------Amazon is coming.
Woolworths SA had to do something & cut costs as much as possible.
Base on the reasons, seem to me it is good idea to takeover MYR.
Then change names as one only, I prefer "My David Jones", close one store if MYR & David Jones stores were too close.
Annual synergies were valued at about $85 million.
