It was a merged holding where Mr. Lahiff was part of it... So we don't know whether he sold or Mr. Lahiff was the seller... If it was him selling, it would be announced to the market... if Mr. Lahiff selling it won't...
IMO and I could be completely wrong, it might be Mr. Lahiff as no Change in Director's interest notice was issued at the time of the listing...
Oh well we will know when and if he announces change of director's interest notice... otherwise they might not be his to sell... or at least that's my understanding is... every director announces change of interest within a prescribed time frame which is normally maximum of two weeks...
