hmmmm not liking this one bit to be honest if fisher wanted his money back he should have taken cash not shares he is an MD of this company not a day trader looking for a quick double unexceptable behavior in my book, when you are running a company like this there is an expectation you won't dump on relist, is that a fair expectation that's a debate for another day, but for now it is what it is, add on the fact it hasn't been announced to the market at all I am not liking it one bit, seems super shady.
I was willing to give this one 6-12 months see how it plays out, I expected him to do the same I was very content till now, why would he sell now? if he could see near term gains with 6 months he would surely wait this isn't beer money here this is Ferrari money.
I am not on the inside I don't have any information on the negotiations, existing clients and other potential clients, to be frank their communication so far has been poor, but whatever I was not concerned as I though we were standing shoulder to shoulder $ for $ us him and walker, so I trusted this man was going to be killing himself for us, now we find out his already out the door, seriously WTF is this.
If he is willing to sell right now and he knows everything what hope does that leave us with? I am going to sleep on it this might be an emotional reaction but I am pissed the f* off right now, this is bullshit.
