I am not on the inside I don't have any information on the negotiations, existing clients and other potential clients, to be frank their communication so far has been poor, but whatever I was not concerned as I though we were standing shoulder to shoulder $ for $ us him and walker, so I trusted this man was going to be killing himself for us, now we find out his already out the door, seriously WTF is this.

If he is willing to sell right now and he knows everything what hope does that leave us with? I am going to sleep on it this might be an emotional reaction but I am pissed the * off right now, this is bullshit.

I've expressed pretty much most of what you have posted to the board, I'm like you I'm pretty pissed off that Fisher sold off, as you said he's not a trader, for me as someone who is also a businessman and a VC I don't invest in businesses to just take out my money as quick possible especially when I supposedly know that this will hit $40m NPAT in a few years. I'm not a pauper that needs my cash back straight away after loaning it to start up my own business, that's poor form in my books and I have let the board know that. IAM has been listed for less than 2 months. So yeah I'm pissed off at that.

Anyways as you said Thunder, going to sleep on it and see what the board says. But tomorrow could see a bloodbath on the market
