If you go back to the replacement prospectus and go to 10.3 (pg 87) it states none of the directors or proposed directors intend on participating in the public offering so I don't think you can draw the conclusion MF acquired 20m shares based purely on that.

Also, if Mark Fisher grabbed 20m shares in the placement you'd assume that should have been declared in his initial director's interest on 22/8?

The shares sold that everyone is talking about are not Mark's that's how I see it.
