Is the Vietnamese office purely a backup/redundancy option in case the phils gets hit by a cyclone or does it also bolster the total capacity of the team? Maybe if one office is out of action work doesn't grind to a halt - it just slows down in proportion to that office share of the workload?
Sensible to not put all eggs in one basket geographical location.
