Hi @Davy Boy , ramping up staff will not be a issue ,It only takes 3 months to get the offshore teams Australian RG146 certified .
Finding staff is no problem at all, lots of very bright and talented people out there looking for opportunities like Intiger has to offer them in LCCE locations offshore .

Just to note the course to become qualified on line is stretched out over 18 months but a crash course can be completed in as little as 3 months .
