So staffing is no issue at all can ramp up to any requirement in a matter of months .
The key thing here is Adapting and evolving each clients business individually in order for LiLLY ,KLIP to work efficiently /effectively and for the offshore team to become essentially part of the client business .
This is hard work and it will take time to implement but once implemented scaling up will be very very fast IMO .
