Frankly this deal would have hit >M4, within 12-18 months, even if IAM had to double their
i) Staff from 75 to 150 ( Phillipines etc) gradually,
and
ii) Opre cost from $5m to $10m.
(iam trying to be as realistic and conservative as possible.
let them under-promise, and over-achieve)
0ne more deal with >100 fp branches means M5 to M8
