the fastest rg146 compliance courses takes about 2 weeks to read thru and do assessment plus maybe another week for processing.
If we look at what was said before, i think 3-6 months "trial" wherein both parties can exit. 6 months is plenty of time to hire staff, train them and also work out kinks.
If we are talking repetitive and standardized workflow, the Philippines would be great fit for it. Has anyone ever tried to contact any ISP or any call centers recently.....the way they read and follow script to the dot (sometimes to our detriment because if we call in for a followup we have to go thru same crap again)...so training wise for staff i wouldn't worry.
