The asset sale will net $130m and leave them debt free except for those $60m in convertible notes

This would leave $70m in Net Cash and with 1 Billion shares on issue would give a 7c per share cash backing


Also do some reading on Teslas Giga Factory for Lithium Ion Batteries its driven a huge boom in Graphite but so far nothing in Lithium a key component required
