    It is a slow motion breakout which is good. The sellers are just not around so the demand side is taking control albeit cautiously ATM. Property is back in favour again in a low interest environment so further property write downs are unlikely IMO.

    I would like to see a share buyback commence about now that Kev has exited the register.
