    From a charting perspective it's starting to look like we are in the early stages of a new uptrend.

    Monthly chart has 4 consecutive higher closes. Weekly chart shows pivot point higher highs and higher lows. Closing prices are above a rising 34 week ema.

    Technically it's telling us it's a buy.
