NCM is looking quite promising on the weekly, in fact it looks like its setting up for a decent bounce.... Weekly macd about to cross you have a trend line which looks like being broken very very shortly and you have trend line support going back to 2014.... Easy buy for me down here
First target is $26.72 which is also the 23.6% fib re tracement level
