Stumbled across this company this morning and I like the look of it and the price. Was hoping for some knowledge from current shareholders.

Is BWN drilling anywhere atm?
Whats the status of their takeover bid for RCI?
I noticed RCI's price is getting cheaper as I speak, perhaps worth buying those to get into BWN. Any thoughts here.
Also, and perhaps most importantly, how has management performed over the while in your experiences?
