Other than that, I can't think of any reason why shorters still short at these levels. I meant it's record low and no one is making any money by selling. So to expect someone to sell their shares to you after you've just short-sold your borrowed shares is a bit of a dream. Unless of course shorters are expecting more selling at the end of the financial year.
