A total detached outsider needs to come in at the top level (CEO), evaluate the mess and start firing senior management and even replace board members. Nothing will change whilst the old guard is still around making noises and paying Knox to hang around. Disgraceful. The people who made the mess have no chance in hell of sorting it out.
