Hi folks.. I thought this would be worth a separate thread to get everyone’s thoughts…

I was watching the sideways trading patterns over the past couple of days, was interesting. Infact if you look at course of sales, someone took the effort to slot in some $100+ bucks after trading hours 4.10pm in an effort to have it close lower.

I rang up a smaller broker whom i know and asked about Frugl and it seems there is another raise on the table.

It seems the company had planned to receive Mr Poynton’s placement and there are a few more strategic ones coming along. In any event, i think we should be given the opportunity to participate too so i rang up the company and managed to speak to a team member. I introduced myself as an existing shareholder.

He was rather coy about it and couldnt tell me a yes or a no on a potential capital raising but he did say the company is working on something to that effect and to watch the announcements. I dont want to watch the announcements to know its filled and i buy my shares on market?

Someone is getting it at a discount and i would like to be that someone. Any advise on how i can motivate them to share more? Or are they allowed to share more?

With all that is happening in the company, i think i would like to get in now, at a discount to market if possible..
