They said they would need $40 million to get Ross and Barber to production so they are only going to need to raise another $13 million on those figure Magadan. Of course a lot of the $27million will be used at Karoo and for JORC and BFS for Lance so it depends on how much extra they will need to raise to get to production.I think they should be able to do this without the need for JV, considering that the SP should be considerably higher in 12 to 24 months,which would be an absolute windfall for us shareholders if PEN can get to production still 100% owned.
