I used to work in software sales. I interviewed at Nuix and after two interviews and meeting several people, doing some insider sniffing around, I didn't proceed as the culture was incredibly shifty with poor middle management practises. Getting rid of ceo and CFO is a start but they need to gut the entire mgmt and also rehire key staff... As a terrible culture permeated across the entire Australian business
