Yeah - I get the sense that this business is going through the transitory culture-shift from a family style run startup to a global business to global listed business. Each step along this path requires greater performance accountability. This accountability leads to pressure and pressure is managed and absorbed in different ways - by both th leadership and staff.

I personally wouldn’t want to invest in a business where everything is rosey and its a group-hug environment. I want to invest in a business where the pressure is there, the incentives are there, and there is a high performance culture. This will always come with ego, differences of opinion, and clashes of internal cliques.

Just my view. Lots to get right here in the business but the ship is turning.
