Sections 296, 344 and 1308 investigation will yield nothing I suspect. Just a precautionary investigation by ASIC to re-assure everyone that they are doing the right thing and covering all bases. They have already faced lot of flak for their own shortcomings.
Doyles profited some $5.7 million with their conduct which is peanuts tbh and easily recoverable.
