It seems a lot of people misunderstand what has happened here. The problem is that Macquarie has been actively managing Nuix. They are the ones who selected the CEO and CFO... we do not want them involved in selecting the replacements. Please vote against the senior executive pay in the AGM and next year vote out any of the board associated with the IPO. This company deserves better management than what we've gotten so far.
I also take Mac's statement about interest in Nuix in the medium term to be something else. I would not be surprised if they sell to another company off market to an org 'right for Nuix', so they can say they are doing the best thing for Nuix while getting out ASAP. As an investor I cannot wait for them to get off the board entirely.
