They will/might find a buyer who will offer them either more or less than what the current share price is and sell the entire 30% to them off market (so for them the share price is irrelevant as it is sold directly to the other party). This way someone who wants to secure a large chunk of the company can do so in one transaction and probably pick up the 2 board seats which could be good for someone considering a later acquisition.
