It’s only logical that now the facts have actually come out, investors and commentators are piling the negativity on Nuix. The fact is, it took investigative journalists to get to the bottom of the Nuix situation. Oh, and the CEO and CFO have been (or are being) jettisoned. That speaks volumes.

(PS: it is now well known the prospectus was flagged to ASIC pre-float so it’s not true to say nobody had an issue pre-IPO. Some fund managers have since revealed they elected to avoid the IPO because of all the disclaimers).
