The Market Cap is low because there is a complete lack of trust in the management - current and former. Regular announcements and promises to ramp the price which ended by being all hot air and had no material effect on performance.

That lack of trust cuts deep and once lost is hard if not impossible to get back. The lack of comments here recently show shareholders are completely disengaged and see the business as a lame duck waiting for the axe to fall, or another dilution event to keep the lights on. It seems like Triton had a look under the bonnet and ran for the hills, surely another indication that there was nothing in it for them. The ship has sailed unless you can find another bunch of gullible investors with cash to burn - not likely in the current market.
