Thanks for your input Anthony. Certainly not trying to be misleading - just pointing out the actual amount of turnover generated by the business.

The $50m figure mentioned is an annualised estimate that includes both the GMV (value of products sold via the marketplace) of $28.1m and the Operating Revenue (fees billed to customers) of $26.8m.

If Kaddy was a retailer or wholesaler (v's a marketplace) the value of products sold would be included in the revenue.
