I noticed that in Sezzle's Form 3 that was filed on August 10th https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1662991/000194121422000002/xslF345X02/wf-form3_166016737698165.xml
Joshua Bohde registered shares he previously owned (seems common when a non-officer assumes an officer position and must declare holdings), and in box 4 he defines his relationship to the issuer (Sezzle) as Chief Technology Officer.
This led me to looking around to see if I could find any other signs that there was a shakeup in CTO position, and I noticed that in Sezzle's privacy policy (updated August 9th, 2022) Joshua Bohde is registered as the chief Data Protection Officer. (https://legal.sezzle.com/privacy/en-us Section 8.2)
"US and Canada: Josh Bohde, Chief DPO"
And yet, if we take a look at the web archive for any date before the most recent update, we can see that it was previously Killian Brackey: https://web.archive.org/web/20220522162633/https://legal.sezzle.com/privacy/en-us
"US and Canada: Killian Brackey, Chief DPO "
Now this is all to say we can't be certain what specifically has happened - he could be fired, quite, or a myriad of things, but Sezzle at it's core is a technology company and losing or removing your the "head" of technology seems like extremely relevant information that the shareholders should have access to.
