I may be because GLE have added some input which allows the tech to be used fro recycling UNF?
It could also possibly be the application of the laser process to other Isotopes, for instance it could be for taking out Pu240.
But even if the percentage is slightly lowered because they are going to recycle UNF? I think the profits from recycling would be greater?
