I would be very surprised if management was aware of what is being released until today but this is not necessarily a bad thing. I can think of many scenarios where SLX are just being involved now. The most obvious Paducah has been finalized and now requires some action / input from SLX to conclude / execute. IMO I wouldn't have expected SLX to have this information on a continuous basis. This is just the reality of the SLX structure that we are merely a licensor.
As for leaks, assuming there were some as it started at a ridiculously low level, surely you'd be looking at those associated with the negotiations in the USA right.
As said previously I am very hopeful of a positive announcement but with SLX you can never be too confident. That said even realistic worst case scenario I would be surprised if we went lower than a month or so ago.
