From what I understand, Penfolds would be listed as it's own company and all TWE share holders would be issued some shares of that company (proportionate to their TWE holding).
Not sure of the exact details - I assume this would be worked out based on Penfolds' value at the time of the demerger, IPO value & TWE value?
Maybe a holder can shed more light on this. I am also very keen to jump on board and am currently going through the research phase haha.
