Remember I just started the thread in Order to group our thoughts - I am not sure how it would play out for LNGL or whether it will.
However I think it’s right to discuss because I feel profoundly misled by the statements about BTAs and about the statements about funding
i feel that somebody who is given a statement about “we remain confident in our ability to raise funds” would not be expecting “take this pathetic offer for your shares or get nothing”. Suddenly I cannot own the assets that I have paid for six years to develop. That’s a long way to travel in just a few months between the two statements and does not suggest they really were in a position where one should say they are confident of funding.
MB feels directors or their directors insurance should compensate us. I agree.
Do we have a case - I really am so unsure I don’t have an opinion.
