No expected returns to ordinary unsecured creditors or shareholdersBased on our enquiries to date, it is not anticipated that any property of the Company will be available inthe winding up from the receivership. Further, it is not expected that any recoveries from the possiblerecovery actions and potential voidable transactions will be sufficient to enable payment of a dividend toordinary unsecured creditors of the Company. Should this position change, creditors will be notifiedaccordingly.Shareholders of the Company will shortly be notified that their shareholdings have no value, for taxpurposes pursuant to section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assessment Act, as amended.
