Instruction - How to download your trading history
For Commsec users
1. Go to https://www.commsec.com.au/
2. Login into your account
3. Select ‘Portfolio”, followed by “Statements”
4. A list of statements will be made available. Select and download the CSV file for each year.
That will be 6 files in total, all .xls files for the transaction summary for 2013/2014, 2014/2015,
2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 2018/2019.
Tip: Do NOT click on the “Download all” button. Please select only the individual CSV files for
each year.
5. Send the downloaded documents to [email protected]
Note: If you traded in any other entities these will appear on the CSV file. We DO NOT need the
statement to include those other trades. You can easly delete other entities data from your statement
before sending it to us.
It appears to be no longer possible to get a list of Confirmations specific a single ASX code and time
range from Commsec. Other share trading platforms may still provide this list.
For E-Trade users (now ANZ Share Trading 2018):
1. Call the ANZ Share Trading helpline on 1300 658 355
2. Request your “CDU Trading History”
3. Files with your CDU Trading History will be e-mailed to you
4. Send the received files with your CDU trading history to [email protected]
