No decision has been made at this time as to whether a commercially viable class action can proceed however if you wish to express your interest in participating in any prospective class action, please email me with evidence of you entire history of trades (buy and sell) in CDU shares. You can provide a summary of your trade history or copies of account statements or buy/sell notes. Progressing any action will be subject to our ability to confirm that a legally viable case theory can be advanced, obtaining approval for finance to run the claim with a litigation funding and collating a large enough class of shareholders to make the commercial. If you contact us we will register your interest and provide you with an update on progress once each of the above matters has been satisfied. If you have any questions, please email me directly. Kind regards, Kat Kat Gieras Litigation Group Project Coordinator | Piper Alderman

Any CDU holder can contact Kat Gieras at Piper Alderman so they can have their interest recorded. At this stage the matter is investigated if it would be viable to start the whole process. If yes, then It will be on "No Win - No Fee" basis to shareholder. Initially costs of the proceedings would be paid by third party with reimbursement of the costs after the win. t+61 7 3220 7765 | f +61 7 3220 7700[email protected] | www.piperalderman.com.au
