To Domino’s Shareholders

Echo Law is preparing a class action on behalf of shareholders against Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (ASX : DMP) in relation to the announcement made to the ASX on 3 November 2021 providing a trading update. DMP’s share price declined by approximately 18% in response to the announcement.

The class action is proposed to be brought on behalf of persons that, between 18 August 2021 and 3 November 2021, acquired DMP shares on the ASX. The claim will allege that DMP engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct, made misleading statements, and breached its obligations of continuous disclosure to the market in relation to the representations made about its expected performance in the Japan market.
