Coal has hit $400 over night and don't look like stopping anytime soon, if this keeps going then the share price should get dragged up with it despite all that the Australian government is trying to do. The coal cap will only effect the Australian electricity market it will have no bearing on the international stage and since we only have a couple of coal fired plants in Australia i dont think its going to make much difference and besides i here the government is going to subsidise the coal companies that it effects which wont be us.
reality would suggest rather than attach coal which might look like for the government there doing something green why not give the money back to the house holders as the taxes and royalty's there going to be making on this stuff would be enough and some i be leave..
