Ok, its obvious you have no idea what your talking about.  Go read CASR 101.  All of those rules have been around for much longer than August 15.  I know you pretend to know aviation, but to someone that knows it, we can see your a regurgitating fool that knows very little other than copy and paste!

The above is one of many examples of how to get a qualification in UAV's/Drones.  If you think it takes 5 days to become a Commercial Pilot you better go get your head checked.  The comment from above stems from your original wow comment of "But you still need a "Pilot" to fly the thing !!!"  Which is stupid.
