if they sold crux for 600m then the stock is worth 30c tomorrow!!! you cant discount cash. nd the market is saying that crux isnt worth 150m so yes that is the best for shareholders to extract value. 30c is a hell of a lot better than 12.5c
Lucio has delivered on time to what he has said and i have no doubts he will deliver a buyer of crux too.
Longtom will have money spent on it and that 'dog' as ypu put it spits out cashflow and will continue to do so
Sometimes i really start to wonder on this forum with the extreme negativity and tripe that is written. the stock has been a dog performer but now it is trading well below any reasonable valuation for its 3 assets
Again simple maths
mkt cap $166m debt 250m cash 30m
thats $386m in enterprise value
crux is worth 300m more than that alone and then add longtom $150m
anyone that is selling this stock here imo has rocks in their head
