it was my belief that all creditors of csd and spm have been fully paid ? in light of recent court action against csd/spm and cyan I would be a bit dubious about joining any action that involved that potential companies action, are you representing or a representative of that company as well?

The creditors have not come close to being paid.
It appears the company was trading while insolvent since at least 2013, so directors are personally liable and they carry significant Directors & Officers insurance.
The aim of this action is to recover 100% of creditors moneys owed, not the small return being offered under the DoCA.
Our understanding is that the directors' liability would survive any DoCA or liquidation of the company.
