While the shareholders live in hope you seem to have some confirmed insight and more than just a guess that action will be successful, have you had any feed back / advice from ASIC (better known as the toothless tiger or all dressed up and late to the party)?

In both the reports (Nov 2016) from the adminstrator they mention :
Defences Directors may have, these need to be tested we agree on this, yes?

To your knowledge has the adminstrator advised ASIC any belief of breach of Directors duty?
or
Has the current auditor advised ASIC of any breach of Directors duty?

For any success of a class action why don't you advise us through what would be considered normal practices?
