    IMO, to say that the co was trading insolvent since at least 2013 borders on the delusional!

    One should refer to the auditors conclusions re the 2015 Financial Statements. The only comment they made was re the future and the importance of finalising a successful merger, etc, from memory??

    I wonder (aloud) whether the HC TOU is being complied with here???????
