Potential CSD Shareholder Action

A group of shareholders of Consolidated Tine Mines (ASX: CSD) is looking at the possibility of a class action against the directors of the company. We are interested to engage with shareholders of CSD who are interested in joining an action to recover lost value from the company. We believe there is a prima-face case for the company and the directors to answer. Our intention is to engage with litigation funders, so there would be no up-front cost for shareholders to participate in the action.
