I like both companies but i find it a bit weird that WHC is at 5.3bn market cap, with ~$2bn cash at bank (3.3bn EV), and does 13m of equity sales
NHC is at 5bn market cap, has about 700m cash at bank, so 4.3bn ev, and does about 8m equity sales (+ yes acland coming online)
