Actually, I hope no one buys it.
With the sale of these mines BHP has the opportunity to reset the long term global pricing balance of met coal in their favour.
This is no good for any other coal mine (other than Glencore).
It's also no good for efficient operations as the sale will only encourage continued largess & waste at BMA operations.
I really hope that BHP is left bag holding here.
