Well, the penny has not dropped so far with the WHC board, despite all the tangible evidence as to their mismanagement of the business eg buyback, cratering sp, sh capital destruction when astute capital management was the priority.As to the broader point of alert Boards, interesting theory but look at recent examples of tone deaf -eg QAN, SGR (Star), the fintechs, DOW, and so on.Good luck with that.
