Look at Hagetaka's posts of 29 July on this thread to get an idea of how much risk there is in WHC acquiring the mines eg "FWIW, I consider Daunia to be valued at cost of CHPP, TLO and the rail/port capacity... maybe $500m based on the recent BCB wash facility purchase/refurb. The deposit and working mine itself isn't worth owning..."
