Yes everyone lncluding Bellrock are all correct - this acquisition can go either way - it will either make or break WHC - where is coal going in the future especially the short term - they need to get it paid off quickly
- Do they have the expertise to do this? - I am confident they do but it will stretch them and improving productivity can initially be costly.
Management will be looking at how to make it work - if it comes off it will be a very successful company but Bellrock and a lot of the market have doubts - BHP has the money to cover mistakes WHC doesnt
