Fact: Met Coal is priced higher than Thermal
Fact: Purchase Price is similar to Market Cap
Fact: Met Coal Future Tones Produced will be higher than @now thermal
This will be highly EPS accretive.
As well I expect that WHC should be able to strip "virtual signaling" and bloated overhead.
If you are truly long coal and not some short term junkie then is a great deal.
I would expect that Dividends will also be paid.
BB on the back burner for now. But once again if that is the best investment then BB can restart.
$20.00 is not unrealistic.
