Am I understanding this correctly.
1- 830 mil shares on issue and this will not be diluted by the purchase?
2- essentially the purchase of these new assets are paid by cash held and a loan from which the new assets will service?
3- Dividends to remain at 20%- 50% of npat of the thermal side of the business until the purchase has paid for itself
4-once paid off the dividend pool will encompass the whole business and ratio will be increased above 50% npat
We are not a $5bil company any more.
